Dhagagia Social Welfare Society (DSWS) is a registered non-governmental organisation established in 1994 and operating across West Bengal. DSWS is dedicated to community welfare, child development, livelihood promotion, and educational support in both urban and rural settings.
Project Background
This Request for Quotation (RFQ) is issued under DSWS’s Urban Project initiative. The project aims to provide refreshments to participants attending weekly training sessions throughout the year.
Scope of Procurement
- DSWS invites Expressions of Interest from eligible vendors who are willing and capable of complying with the following requirements:
- Procurement will be conducted on a repeated (weekly) basis.
- Delivery locations will vary, including clubs, schools, and other community venues, depending on the training schedule.
- Quantity requirements will be communicated weekly, based on participant attendance.
Vendor Eligibility Criteria
- Interested vendors must meet the following minimum requirements:
- Must be a GST-registered entity with a valid GST Identification Number (GSTIN).
- Must demonstrate the capacity to handle recurring orders across multiple procurement cycles within stipulated timelines in different locations.
- Instructions for Submission
- Interested vendors are requested to submit their Expression of Interest via email.
Email Submission Details:
The email must include:
- A brief company/firm profile
- Valid GST Number (GSTIN)
- Evidence or description of relevant prior work experience
- Shortlisting and Further Process
- Upon receipt and review of submissions, shortlisted vendors will be notified via email.
- Details of the product, including brand and gm/ml of the product requirements, will be shared with shortlisted vendors.
- Shortlisted vendors will subsequently be required to submit a sealed quotation.
Terms and Conditions
- DSWS reserves the right to accept or reject any or all submissions without assigning any reason.
- DSWS reserves the right to negotiate terms with any shortlisted vendor.
- Submission of an Expression of Interest or quotation does not guarantee selection or contract award.
- All quoted prices must be inclusive of GST, delivery, and all applicable charges, unless stated otherwise.
- Vendors must strictly adhere to the specifications provided during the formal quotation stage.
- Any form of canvassing or misrepresentation will result in immediate disqualification.
- DSWS shall not be liable for any costs incurred by vendors in the preparation or submission of proposals.
