Educational Qualification
• Post Graduate degree in:
o Social Work
o Management
o Sociology
o Rural Development
Experience
• Minimum 3–5 years experience in:
o Skill development programmes
o Livelihood projects
o Community mobilisation
o NGO/Government schemes
o Training centre management
Essential Skills
• Programme planning and implementation
• Field monitoring and supervision
• Mobilisation and community coordination
• Report writing and documentation
• MIS and portal handling
• MS Office and digital reporting
• Leadership and team management
• Communication and stakeholder coordination
Major Responsibilities
• Mobilize beneficiaries and identify training needs
• Establish and monitor training centres
• Coordinate trainers and resource persons
• Supervise training, assessment, and certification
• Organize awareness programmes, job fairs, exhibitions, and livelihood activities
• Prepare monthly/annual reports and documentation
• Monitor JSS portal and data uploads
• Coordinate with government departments, SHGs, PRIs, and local institutions
• Ensure implementation of MSDE guidelines
Additional Requirements
• Local candidate preferred
• Two-wheeler
• Willingness for field visits and rural outreach
• Good Hindi communication skills
Salary Range
20,000 – 25,000 per month depending on experience and project structure
