* Key Responsibilities & Guidelines
(TOR)Field Visits & Outreach: Must spend at least 20 days a month conducting extensive field visits in assigned areas/hotspots. Micro-Planning: Responsible for preparing micro-plans and monthly action plans to ensure systematic service delivery.
Behavior Change & Counseling: Plan and facilitate counseling sessions (with the center's counselor) and clinic services (via visiting physicians) to improve service uptake. Linkages & Referrals: Mobilize, register, and motivate beneficiaries for HIV/STI prevention, testing, treatment (ART/ICTC), and routine care. Documentation & Reporting: Maintain field records, registers, and submit data utilizing digital or Android-based reporting systems (in coordination with M&E Assistants).

* Standard Qualifications & Eligibility

Education: Generally requires a minimum of 8th Pass / Intermediate (12th) up to a Graduate degree (with a preference for Social Work or related fields depending on the specific TI sub-type).Experience: 1 to 2 years of field experience in community outreach, public health, or HIV/AIDS programs.

Preferred Candidates: Preference is often given to candidates belonging to High-Risk Group (HRG) communities or those who have worked as peer educators.

Mandatory Skills: Strong communication skills, basic smartphone/computer usage for reporting, and possession of a two-wheeler with a valid driving license is usually required.
