Humana People to People India (HPPI) is a development organization, registered in 1998. It is a non-political, non-religious organization working for the holistic development of the under-privileged and marginalized people in rural and urban India through social development and poverty alleviation interventions by coordinated, strategic approaches focusing on education, life skills, improved livelihoods, health and sanitation, empowerment of women and environment protection.
HPPI is reaching 1.1 million people per year in 80+ projects across 17 states of India in partnership with state governments as well as private national and international companies and funding agencies.

Details are given below:
Job Title: Outreach Worker
Number of Post : 05
Job Location : Unnao , Uttar Pradesh
Salary Range : 10500/- per month & Fixed travel Allowance of Rs. 1500/- per month
Application Deadline : 13th July 2026
Educational Qualification:
· Should be at least educated up to 12th standard with good knowledge of the local community and local language.
Experience:
· ORWs should preferably be from the community in case of FSW, MSM, TG, Migrants and Truckers Project.
· In case of candidates from the community, Peer Educators who have performed well at least for last 3 years and can read and write may also be considered for the post of ORW.
· In case of IDU programme special preference would be given to clients who are stabilized on OST.
In FIDU TI, the ORW is to be a female.
Required Skills:
o Should have strong communication skills.
o Ability to work in small teams, and flexible ways of working.
o Proficiency in data analysis, report writing, case study compilation.
o At least 20 days in the field visit required.
o Capacity to monitor report and guide the team under him/her
