Position Summary
Niyatee Foundation is seeking a dynamic and creative Communication Expert to lead organizational communication, public relations, stakeholder engagement, branding, and outreach initiatives. The Communication Expert will be responsible for strengthening the Foundation's visibility, developing communication strategies, creating impactful content, and representing the organization through effective communication and presentations.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement internal and external communication strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Create compelling content for reports, newsletters, social media, websites, presentations, brochures, and promotional materials.
• Manage organizational branding, public relations, and media communications.
• Build and maintain relationships with donors, CSR partners, government agencies, media houses, educational institutions, and other stakeholders.
• Prepare concept notes, success stories, impact reports, case studies, and communication materials.
• Support fundraising and partnership development through effective communication and proposal presentations.
• Coordinate media coverage, press releases, interviews, and public awareness campaigns.
• Develop communication plans for organizational events, workshops, conferences, and outreach activities.
• Represent Niyatee Foundation in meetings, seminars, networking events, and stakeholder consultations.
• Ensure consistency in organizational messaging and brand identity across all communication channels.
• Monitor communication effectiveness and prepare communication impact reports.
• Support digital communication, social media campaigns, and community engagement initiatives.

Eligibility & Qualifications
• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, English, Social Work, Development Studies, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in communications, public relations, media relations, stakeholder engagement, or development communication.
• Experience in NGOs, CSR projects, development organizations, or social sector institutions will be preferred.
Desired Skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong Presentation Skills and the ability to confidently represent the organization before stakeholders, donors, corporates, institutions, and government agencies.
• Expertise in report writing, proposal writing, and content development.
• Strong public speaking and stakeholder engagement abilities.
• Knowledge of media relations, branding, and public outreach strategies.
• Excellent networking and relationship-building skills.
• Creative thinking and strategic communication planning.
• Proficiency in MS Office, PowerPoint Presentation Development, and digital communication tools.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Odia and Hindi will be an added advantage.
