The organization has empowered over 500,000 women, adolescent girls, and children through programs on education, gender equality, child protection, health, livelihoods, and community development.
About the Project
The project aims to empower adolescent girls and women through skill development, education support, livelihood promotion, and community engagement activities. The Center Coordinator will manage the day-to-day functioning of the project center and ensure smooth implementation of activities.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage daily operations of the project center.
• Maintain attendance records of participants and staff.
• Coordinate training schedules, meetings, and community activities.
• Mobilize adolescent girls and women to participate in project activities.
• Maintain project documentation, registers, and reports.
• Support the Program Manager in planning and reporting.
• Ensure proper utilization and maintenance of center resources and assets.
• Facilitate communication between community members and project staff.
Required Qualifications and Skills
• Minimum Intermediate or Graduate in any discipline.
• Basic computer knowledge including MS Office and internet usage.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Experience in community work, education, or NGO sector preferred.
• Ability to maintain records and reports accurately.
• Local candidates from Araria district will be preferred.

Salary
Rs. 9,000 per month
