We’re looking for a passionate marketing professional who can amplify Tarini’s story, grow its customer base, and build a brand that celebrates women’s strength and creativity.
Role Overview
As Marketing Professional, you will lead brand strategy, outreach, and customer engagement for Tarini. You will blend storytelling with strategy to position Tarini as a beloved local brand and a beacon of social impact.
Key Responsibilities
• Brand Building & Storytelling
• Craft compelling narratives that highlight Tarini’s mission, women’s journeys, and product excellence
• Develop bilingual content (English/Hindi) for social media, brochures, and packaging
• Digital & Social Media Marketing
• Manage Tarini’s presence on Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, and local food platforms
• Create engaging posts, reels, and campaigns that drive traffic and sales
Community Engagement
• Organize pop-ups, tasting events and collaborations with local cafes, stores, RWAs, MnC’s, canteens etc.
• Build relationships with influencers, food bloggers, and social impact networks
Sales & Promotions
• Design seasonal and festive campaigns with emotional and cultural appeal ? Track customer feedback and sales data to refine outreach strategies
Collaboration
• Work closely with the bakery team to understand product stories and customer preferences
• Maintain income and expense registers, invoices, and all other financial and non financial records for the project.
Qualifications & Skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
• At least 1 year of experience in brand marketing, preferably in F&B or social enterprise. (Freshers encouraged to apply)
• Strong writing and visual storytelling skills ? Fluency in English and Hindi
• Empathy-driven, mission-aligned mindset
• Experience with platforms such as Canva, Instagram, Meta Ads, and WhatsApp Business preferred
