Officially recognized as the National Creche Agency, MC works through a multi-pronged approach: running daycare centers, training Early Childhood Development (ECD) workforce, scaling up operations in partnership with state governments, and civil society.

• Monthly remuneration: up to Rs. 50,000
Job Description:
Compliance & Regulatory Management :
• Regulatory Statutory Compliance: FCRA, Income Tax Act, CSR Act, ESIC, and Provident Fund (PF) regulations.
• Management of Taxation & Reconciliation: Managing TDS deposition, contractor/professional reconciliation, and return filing. Ensuring accurate salary tax calculations for all-India staff.
• PF & ESIC: reconciliation of PF and ESIC accounts.
• Compliance Portals: Managing requirements for Darpan Portal and MHA (Ministry of Home Affairs) portals.
Managing Payroll Operations & Controls :
• National Payroll: Managing salary disbursements for the organization across all India locations.
• Managing and supervising Allocation & Reporting: Strategic allocation of salary costs based on grant availability and preparation of comprehensive salary gap analysis reports.
Grant & Donor Management:
• Grant Lifecycle: Full-cycle grant management
• Financial Reporting: Preparation of Utilization Certificates (UCs) and management of grants (including HCL and FCRA utilization tracking).
• Sub-Granting: Managing partner relationships and sub-granting compliance documentation.
Financial Operations, Investments & Banking :
• Banking Operations: Managing multiple bank accounts. Handling account opening formalities, KYC documentation, and banking relationship management to resolve operational issues.
• Investments Reconciliation: Managing investments, interest tracking, and reconciliation for all bank accounts.
• Voucher & Payment Management: Oversight of vouchers.
Miscellaneous :
• Audit Support: Supervising all internal and external audits by providing required documentation and addressing auditor requirements
• Administrative Compliance: Managing files (TORs, Office Orders) and handling banking formalities including account opening and KYC verification.
• Effective Communication: Foster clear, constructive communication across teams for operational efficiency.
• Additional Responsibilities: Take on tasks assigned by senior management and adapt to organizational changes.
Experience and Qualifications:
• B. Com/M. Com, MBA (Finance), CA Inter, CMA, or equivalent qualification.
• 5–8 years of experience in Finance, Compliance, and Grant Management.
• Experience in NGO/Development Sector preferred.
Required Skills:
• Strong knowledge of FCRA, Income Tax, PF, ESIC, and statutory compliance.
• Experience in payroll processing, grant management, and donor reporting.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (FMS/ERP).
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
